At Bon Tot we try to offer clear, simple shipping costs.
All of our products will be sent out the day after your order is placed, via courier (not including bank holidays).

Orders over £50: Free Shipping!
European Union Orders:
Standard Shipping rate on all orders of £8.00
Orders over £80: Free Shipping!
U.S.A. and Rest of World Orders:
Standard Shipping rate on all orders of £12.00
Orders over £120: Free Shipping!
Please note that customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; if you require further information regarding this, we advise that you contact your local customs office for further information.
If you wish to return an item(s), we ask that you get in touch with us via our email address and we will issue you with a returns form for you to complete. Please ensure that all the criteria is met prior to returning your item(s) to us by checking the points below:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you will be returning your item.
- Your item(s) must not be worn, damaged, altered or used.
- Item(s) must be in original packaging with all original labels still attached.
- The refund request must be within 14 days of you receiving your order.
- Once you are happy to send your item(s) back to us, we advise that you package your return carefully, that you use a registered service for the return and that you retain proof of posting should an item go missing. We are not responsible for items that do not reach us and are not obliged to provide a refund should an item not arrive.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund should the above criteria not be met.
Original postage costs are non-refundable. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs if the item is simply unwanted.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will process your refund which will be issued via your original method of payment.
Returns will only be accepted from the original purchaser of the item.
